We will reimburse Your amount within 7 working days from the day on which you cancelled the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and we will not charge you any cancellation fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Cancellation
In order to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:
· The Goods/Service/practice exam were purchased in the last 12 hours.
All of our products are Digital Products, After receiving order we send the Product/ Practice exam to customer by Email with in 2 working Days.
After 12 hours of Purchase no cancellation are allowed in any manner.
No any dispute allow after sending the email to customer or after 12 hours of Purchasing the product.
The following products cannot be cancelled or refunded:
· The Product made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
· The supply of product which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over or digital product.
· We reserve the right to refuse returns or cancellations of any products that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
